Hi, I’m Carla — a coach and learning facilitator with a background in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Learning & Development.
I’m passionate about helping people navigate uncertainty and create meaningful change in their lives and careers. That passion started with my own journey: moving from the UK to Adelaide at just 17 taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of inner confidence — lessons that continue to guide my work today.
Over the past 17 years, I’ve worked across multiple industries, supporting individuals and teams to unlock their potential. I’ve seen firsthand how the right mindset, paired with practical tools, can lead to powerful transformation — no matter where someone is starting from.
In today’s changing workplace, I’ve also seen many new entrants — especially young people and career changers — struggle with the softer skills and clarity around employee and employer rights. I believe strongly that these are not gaps in ability, but gaps in support — and that’s where I come in.
